Enjoy working with people, making great coffee and being part of a busy team? We want to hear from you!

We’re looking for friendly, energetic and reliable team members to join our café/coffee shop team.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys talking to customers, working at a fast pace and being part of a team. You’ll be working on the floor, serving customers, preparing coffee and food, and helping keep the café running smoothly.

About the Role

You’ll help create a great customer experience by providing fast, friendly and efficient service while working closely with the rest of the team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and provide friendly, engaging service.
  • Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
  • Prepare and serve quality coffee, food and beverages.
  • Work efficiently with the team to keep customer wait times to a minimum.
  • Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and food safety.
  • Restock products and maintain an organised café.
  • Follow company procedures and support the team during busy periods.

About You

  • Enjoy working with people and providing great customer service.
  • Can work quickly and efficiently in a busy environment.
