    • Typically, our front of house attendants work 3-4 days per week.
    • Minimum 1 year previous cafe experience.
    • Able to drive reliably to and from the cafe.
    • 20 - 30 hours per week.
    • No Weekends, Nights or Public Holidays.
    • Previous café or restaurant experience in a busy, high-volume venue.
    • Taking and running orders at high speed while keeping quality and presentation sharp.
    • We are looking for a staff member to do 10-20 hours per week.
    • Ability to stay calm and have a laugh during stressful days.
    • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred).
    • Full availability for a Monday to Friday roster.
    • Minimum 2 years experience as a barista.
    • Customer service: 3 years (Preferred).
    • Staff discounts across our café and chocolate range.
    • Previous experience in a busy café, restaurant or hospitality venue.

About The Role

Banjo’s is currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Assistant to join the Glenelg team!

As part of the Sales Team, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service. If you’re a confident team player who thrives in a fast-paced food environment – we’d love to hear from you!

We’re open 7 days a week, offering a variety of shifts between 8:30 am and 6:45 pm, including weekends and public holidays; giving you the opportunity to gain diverse experience and enjoy a flexible work-life balance.
