We’re Hiring! Join the Veneziano Coffee Roasters Crew in Richmond

We’re Veneziano Coffee Roasters – a crew of passionate coffee professionalss who live and breathe specialty coffee. From sourcing the best beans to brewing the perfect cup, we’re all about raising the bar and sharing great coffee with great people. We’re also a B Corp and certified carbon neutral, which means we’re serious about doing good – for people, planet, and the future of coffee

What’s the opportunity?

Our Richmond café showcases the very best coffee and hospitality experience and we are on the hunt for a new casual team member to work about 15 hours per week. Availability to work weekdays and one day on the weekend is a must!

What's the role?

  • Provide the best in customer service, including greeting and serving customers and helping with the day-to-day tasks that help keep our café performing at its best
  • Share knowledge and educate the customer regarding all things coffee through retail sales and demonstrations;
  • Take orders, deliver beverages in line with Veneziano Coffee Roasters (VCR) professional standards;
  • Join a collaborative and supportive team where no task is too big or too small for anyone.

We'd love someone with at least a year of previous relevant experience, but most importantly we want someone with the right attitude. A current Vic RSA and food safety certificate is advantageous.
