Now Hiring: Waiting Staff – BAKE’D

We’re looking for enthusiastic and service-driven Waiting Staff to join our team at BAKE’D, a busy, high-quality café known for great food, coffee and customer service.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver warm, friendly and attentive table service to our guests
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
  • Serve breakfast, brunch, coffee and drinks with confidence
  • Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming dining area
  • Work closely with the kitchen, barista and floor team to ensure smooth service
  • Help create a positive and professional guest experience

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous hospitality experience preferred, but not essential
  • Friendly, professional attitude with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced café environment
  • Passion for great food, coffee and customer service
  • Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends and busy periods
