Cafe Barco is a friendly, community-focused café in the heart of Safety Bay, known for great coffee, fresh food, and exceptional customer service. We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Barista to join our team and help create memorable experiences for our customers.

About the Role

As a Barista at Cafe Barco, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages while providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced café environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve espresso-based coffees and other beverages to a high standard.
  • Deliver excellent customer service with a warm and friendly attitude.
  • Take customer orders and process payments.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the coffee station and café.
  • Assist with food preparation and service as required.
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed.
  • Support the team during busy service periods.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous barista experience preferred.
  • Ability to produce consistent, quality coffee.
  • Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
