Full job description

We are looking for our next FOH staff member to join our team!

You must be available on weekends and be flexible between days. 1-2 weekdays of availability preferred however not essential. We can currently offer 10-15 hours depending on availability.

Barista experience is heavily preferred however we are willing to train the right candidate. You must have customer service experience.

We are a busy cafe located in the heart of Rowville and average 8-10kg of coffee per day. Our locals and regulars love us and our consistency so we are looking for the right personality to fit into our close knit team.

Pay: $24.95 – $40.24 per hour
