A day in the life at Max Brenner:

Cleaning and clearing of tables to ensure a clean café environment
Clear, wash and pack away dishes and kitchen equipment
Ensure all Food Safety requirements are followed
Assist in food preparation for front of house
Rotate stock utilising use by dates and stock rotation (FIFO)
Accepting deliveries and organising stock areas in the back room
Empty and clean all trash receptacles

About You:

Previous experience in a Kitchen Hand or similar Back of House position is essential
Availability to work evening shifts on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 5:00pm to 11:30pm
Excellent communication skills including verbal and written
Energetic, positive and guest focused individual with a can-do attitude
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently
Works well as part of a team and on individual tasks
Able to work early mornings, late nights, and weekends

Please note that the hourly rate of pay for this role will be dictated by the Restaurant Industry Award.
