About the Role

We're looking for passionate and customer-focused Full-Time, Part-Time and Casual Baristas/All Rounders to join the opening team of our very first Elite Eleven Café in the heart of Sorrento, Victoria.

As one of our team members, you'll play an important role in delivering an exceptional café experience from day one. From crafting consistently outstanding coffee and beverages to creating genuine connections with every customer, you'll help establish the welcoming atmosphere and service standards that will define the Elite Eleven Café experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing and serving consistently high-quality coffee and beverages.
• Delivering exceptional customer service by creating genuine, memorable interactions with every customer.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and well-presented café environment.
• Operating coffee equipment safely and ensuring it is cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
• Following food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures relevant to beverage preparation.
• Processing customer orders and payments accurately.
• Working collaboratively with the wider café and retail teams to create a seamless customer experience.
• Assisting with opening, closing and general café operations as required.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a café or hospitality environment (minimum one year preferred).
• Confidence in preparing consistently high-quality coffee using commercial espresso equipment.
• A genuine passion for customer service and creating positive experiences.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
• A positive, reliable and team-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required.

Pay: $26.44 – $48.60 per hour
