About the Role

You'll be involved in all aspects of daily café operations, including:

• Preparing quality coffee and beverages
• Serving customers with warmth and professionalism
• Taking orders and processing payments
• Preparing sandwiches and light food items
• Opening and closing the café
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

Many shifts are operated independently, so confidence, initiative and reliability are essential.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• At least 2 years' experience in a café, coffee shop or hospitality environment
• Strong barista skills, including consistently good coffee and properly textured milk
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with regular customers
• A reliable and professional approach to work
• The ability to work independently and take ownership of your shift
• A positive, team-focused attitude
