Queenscliff General Store Cafe is a bustling spot in Queenscliff VIC 3225 known for serving premium coffee and high-quality food. We pride ourselves on efficiency, consistency, and providing a top-tier experience for our regulars. We are looking for an experienced Barista/All-Rounder to join our team, with a full-time opportunity available for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coffee Craft: Prepare a wide range of espresso-based drinks with high precision and latte art capabilities.
  • Customer Service: Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service in a high-volume environment.
  • Operations: Maintain a clean, organized workspace, manage stock, and assist with opening/closing duties.
  • Weekend Commitment: Reliability for weekend shifts is essential for this role.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced cafe.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee extraction and milk texturing.
  • Ability to remain calm and focused during the morning rush.
  • Availability: Must be available to work weekends.
  • Compensation: Paid at the applicable award rate.
