Café All Rounder (Casual) – O'No Cafe & Flowers (Greenbank Shopping Center)

O'No Cafe & Flowers is looking for a motivated and reliable Café All Rounder to join our team on a casual basis.

We are seeking someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to work across all areas of the café — not just behind the coffee machine.

About the Role:

  • Casual position
  • Must have weekday and weekend availability
  • Café trading hours: 5:30am – 5:00pm
  • Early morning availability preferable

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making coffee and other beverages
  • Taking customer orders and handling POS
  • Food preparation and plating
  • Running food and clearing tables
  • Dishwashing and general cleaning
  • Assisting with store presentation and flower sales
  • Supporting the team wherever needed

About You:

  • Previous café experience preferred
  • Confident making coffee in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly, well-presented, and customer-focused
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Willing to work in all aspects of café operations
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure
