Red Cacao Stirling is seeking experienced and service-focused hospitality professionals to join our front-of-house team.

About the Role

As a valued member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for every guest who visits Red Cacao.

Working within a busy and dynamic environment, you will:

  • Deliver warm, attentive and professional customer service
  • Confidently manage table service and guest interactions
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations across our menu, beverages and chocolate range
  • Ensure exceptional presentation and cleanliness standards throughout the venue
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently
  • Support team members during busy service periods
