Red Cacao Stirling is looking for an energetic, friendly and passionate Waitstaff Team Member to join our incredible team!

We’re a busy, fast-paced café that takes pride in great coffee, delicious food and, most importantly, creating a warm and memorable experience for every customer.

About the role

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
• Is friendly, confident and enjoys chatting with customers
• Can thrive in a busy, fast-paced café environment
• Works well as part of a team
• Has a positive, can-do attitude
• Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work
• Has excellent attention to detail
• Previous café or hospitality experience is preferred, but the right attitude is just as important!

What you’ll be doing

• Welcoming and serving customers with a smile
• Taking orders and delivering food and drinks
• Clearing and resetting tables
• Keeping the café clean, tidy and running smoothly
• Working closely with our kitchen, barista and front-of-house teams
• Helping create the friendly and vibrant atmosphere Stirling Red Cacao is known for

Pay: $34.44 – $47.76 per hour
