Ginger Root Cafe is looking for an experienced and reliable Barista to join our friendly team.

We are a busy cafe and are looking for someone who is confident working in a fast-paced environment and can consistently produce high-quality coffee.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous barista experience in a busy cafe
  • Confident with commercial coffee machines
  • Able to consistently make quality coffee to a high standard
  • Fast, efficient and well organised
  • Able to work independently during busy periods
  • Friendly and positive attitude
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Available to work weekdays and weekends
