Front of House Staff – Club Bistro

D&K Brothers Pty Ltd is looking for friendly, reliable and energetic Front of House Staff to join our busy Club Bistro team.

We are looking for people who enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, have a positive attitude and genuinely care about providing great customer service.

About the Role

As a Front of House team member, your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Operating the POS/till system
  • Delivering food to tables and managing food buzzers
  • Clearing and resetting tables
  • Assisting customers with menu enquiries and dietary requirements
  • Maintaining a clean and organised dining area
  • Communicating closely with the kitchen and other FOH team members
  • Providing friendly and professional service at all times
  • Assisting during busy lunch, dinner, weekend and event periods

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant, café, bistro or club environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good teamwork and a positive attitude
  • Reliable and punctual work habits
  • Good personal presentation
  • Ability to remain organised during busy service periods
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays

Previous POS experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.

An NSW RSA certificate is highly regarded.
