Floor Staff – Full Time or Part Time (4 Days per Week)

Little Miss Violet Café – Point Cook

Little Miss Violet Café is looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Floor Staff member to join our team.

We are hiring either:

  • Full Time, or
  • Part Time (4 days per week)

Applicants must be available to work weekends.

About the Role

  • Deliver outstanding customer service with a warm and welcoming attitude
  • Take customer orders and operate the POS system
  • Serve food and beverages
  • Keep the café clean, organised, and well presented
  • Work closely with the kitchen and barista team
  • Help create a positive experience for every customer

What We’re Looking For

  • A positive, energetic, and reliable team player
  • Excellent customer service skills are essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café
  • Must be available to work both Saturdays and Sundays
  • Previous café or hospitality experience is preferred
  • Coffee making skills are an advantage, but not essential
