ALL ROUNDER / FRONT OF HOUSE - DIPCRO PASTRY (GOLD COAST)

About Us

Dipcro Pastry is a specialty croissant and pastry shop on the Gold Coast, known for our handmade premium croissants. With two locations at Chevron Island and Main Beach, we are a growing team that takes pride in great food, great coffee and great service.

The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic all rounders to join our team on a casual basis across both stores. No experience necessary, we are more than happy to train the right person. What matters most to us is a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a genuine love for hospitality.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Welcoming and serving customers with a smile
  • Taking orders and handling the register
  • Preparing and plating pastries and food items
  • Assisting with coffee service (training provided)
  • Keeping the store clean, tidy and presentable
  • Delivering stock and items between our two stores as needed
  • Supporting the team wherever needed

What We Are Looking For

  • A friendly, positive and reliable attitude
  • Willingness to learn and take on feedback
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Available across weekdays and weekends
  • A current driver licence (for deliveries between stores)
  • A team player who takes pride in their work
  • Must be available to work across both Chevron Island and Main Beach locations
  • please note that you will have to be available early in the morning as we are a cafe
