Full job description

Are you a fun and enthusiastic individual with a passion for creating memorable experiences and amazing barista skills? Join the team at Bella's Wonderland as a Barista and be a part of an enchanting world where imagination comes to life!

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of delicious and visually appealing beverages, such as hot and cold coffees, specialty drinks, smoothies, and milkshakes, in accordance with Bella's Wonderland Kids Café's standards.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by greeting and interacting with children and their families in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Engage young guests in conversations, making them feel welcome and comfortable in the café environment.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of food and beverage orders.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following health and safety guidelines.
  • Take and process customer orders accurately, handling cash transactions and operating the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Assist with café setup, including preparing ingredients, restocking supplies, and arranging displays.
  • Contribute to the overall atmosphere and ambience of the café, participating in special events, decorations, and themed activities.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a barista & knows latte art
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with children and their families in a positive and friendly manner.
  • A passion for creating delightful experiences and making children smile.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
  • Knowledge of various coffee and beverage recipes is a plus.
