About Us

Hallowed Ground Cafe is a brand-new cafe opening inside a newly developed town centre in Carseldine. We are excited to build a strong, positive team from the ground up and create a welcoming space for both our customers and staff.

As a team, we aim to take pride in every product we serve and deliver consistent, thoughtful service to our community. We believe in working together, supporting each other, and growing as individuals and as a team.

The Role

We are currently looking for a Barista / All-Rounder to join our team on a casual basis, with approximately 20–30 hours per week available.

Has at least 1 year of barista experience

Takes pride in the quality of the products they serve

Is polite and professional with customers, without being overly talkative

Has a warm and approachable personality

Can read situations well and understand what customers may need

Shows initiative and follows through with action

Enjoys working as part of a team and supporting others
