Key responsibilities

  • Prepare high-quality espresso-based coffee consistently
  • Confident milk texturing and latte art
  • Dial in grinder and maintain coffee quality
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station
  • Work efficiently during busy service periods

Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ years barista experience
  • Strong espresso extraction and milk texturing skills
  • Ability to work independently on bar
  • Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
  • Able to handle high-volume service
  • Weekend availability essential
