Known for our café-styled Matcha creations, handcrafted desserts, and thoughtful hospitality, we are building a team that values quality, consistency, and attention to detail.

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Back of House Kitchen All-Rounder to join our growing team and help deliver a refined dessert and tea experience.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in preparation, organisation, and maintaining high standards behind the scenes.

  • Contribute to a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment

  • Valid Australian working rights for a minimum of 12 months
  • Strong attention to detail and food presentation
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient during busy service periods
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a structured team
  • Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and long hours

Experience in cafés, dessert venues, tea houses, or premium service environments is highly regarded but not essential.

Being there in the beginning, start-up concept awaiting official grand opening.

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to grow within a developing hospitality concept
  • Stable shifts in Sydney CBD
  • Competitive hourly pay based on experience
