Now Hiring – Front of House Team Member | Bakery Retail Shop

Location: World Square, Sydney CBD

Do you enjoy working with people and have a passion for great customer service? We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our busy bakery retail team.

About the Role
As the face of our bakery, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for every customer while ensuring our store runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and serve customers with a warm, friendly attitude.
  • Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
  • Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages (training provided if required).
  • Refill and display bakery products to maintain an attractive presentation.
  • Keep the shop clean, organised, and well-stocked.
  • Work collaboratively with the bakery and retail team.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
  • Previous retail, hospitality, or café experience is an advantage but not essential.
  • Availability to work weekdays and/or weekends, with early morning shifts as required.
