About the Role

As a Barista at Red Cacao, you will play a key role in delivering the premium experience our customers have come to expect. Working alongside a passionate and energetic team, you will be responsible for producing consistently excellent coffee while providing warm and engaging customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing high-quality espresso-based coffee and specialty beverages
  • Maintaining exceptional consistency, speed and presentation standards
  • Providing outstanding customer service and product knowledge
  • Supporting front-of-house operations during busy service periods
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and café

  • Strong coffee-making skills and knowledge of espresso extraction and milk texturing
