We're looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Retail Team Member / Barista to join our Hogan's Corner store. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, love making great coffee, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you!

About the Role

As a Retail Team Member, you'll play an important role in creating a great customer experience by preparing quality coffee, serving our delicious donuts, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing high-quality coffee and beverages

  • Providing exceptional customer service

  • Serving and packaging donuts and other products

  • Operating the POS and handling customer transactions

  • Restocking displays and maintaining store presentation

  • Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards

  • Working collaboratively with the team during busy trading periods

What We're Looking For

  • Previous retail, hospitality, café, or customer service experience is highly regarded

  • Barista experience is an advantage but not essential

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Reliable, punctual, and well-presented

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • A team player with a strong work ethic

Availability

  • Applicants must have flexible availability to work opening and closing shifts between 5:00 AM and 12:00 AM (midnight), Monday to Sunday, including weekends and public holidays as required.
