Deliver every shift with energy, consistency, and pride.

Key Requirements:

1+ years in hospitality experience but not essential can train the right person.

Sound knowledge of café policies and procedures or willing to obtain it.

Fast, consistent, and confident under pressure.

Customer service with personality.

Team player who lifts the whole team when the work load is high.

*Juniors and School leavers (Junior rates apply depending on age)

*VISA holders have that wiliness to be a go getter and be part of the coffee industry.
