We’re looking for Experienced Baristas and Guest Service Team Members (our “Creators of Happiness) to join the opening team at Stellarossa Sippy Downs Drive Thru & Café.

We offer competitive casual hourly rates under the Fastfood Industry Award+ super + opportunities for incentives! Weekend availability is essential, and full training will be provided.

About Stellarossa

Founded in Brisbane in 2009, Stellarossa Coffee has grown throughout Queensland in Café, Kiosk, and Drive Thru formats. Each location is locally owned and operated by passionate franchise partners who are dedicated to delivering premium service, perfect coffee, and fresh, delicious meals made in-house using local produce.

About the Role

As part of the Stellarossa Sippy Downs team, you’ll work across both café and drive thru operations — preparing and serving exceptional coffee, cold beverages, and fresh meals for dine-in and takeaway guests.

This is a casual position with plenty of hours available, including weekends. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy engaging with guests, and take pride in the quality and presentation of every order.
Previous drive thru experience will be highly regarded, especially if you’re confident multitasking and delivering excellent service under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality espresso coffee and beverages

• Take and process guest orders in both the café and drive thru

• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace

• Deliver meals and drinks to guests efficiently and with a smile

• Assist with opening and closing duties

• Restock supplies and manage inventory

• Support and collaborate with your team

• Provide friendly, genuine service that keeps guests coming back

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of barista or café experience in a fast-paced environment

• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment

• Drive thru experience is highly regarded

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Weekend and flexible availability

• Bright, positive, and energetic attitude

• Openness to learning and following systems
