Cake Shop Front-of-House Sales Assistant

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and well-presented Front-of-House Sales Assistant to join our cake shop In St Kilda.

Main duties

  • Welcome and assist customers
  • Explain cake flavours and products
  • Take walk-in, phone and online orders
  • Process payments
  • Pack cakes carefully
  • Organise cake pickups and pre-orders
  • Keep the display and front counter clean
  • Restock packaging and supplies

We are looking for someone who is

  • Friendly and confident with customers
  • Able to communicate clearly in English
  • Reliable, punctual and organised
  • Careful with cake handling and presentation
  • Available on weekends
  • Previous retail or customer-service experience preferred

Pay: $27.00 per hour
