Suncorp Bank is looking for passionate, customer-focused individuals to join our vibrant Contact Centre team as Full-Time Banking Consultants, supporting customers during evenings and weekends (with shifts available up to 10:00 PM).This is the perfect opportunity for those who thrive outside the traditional 9–5. Role Type: Multiple vacancies - full time, permanent roles
Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008
Focus: Weekend availability and evening shifts (up to 10:00 PM) Training Requirement

Full training attendance is required to build your skills before moving into your evening and weekend shifts.

Training period: 20 July – 28 August
Training hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30AM – 5.00PM

Roster Options – Full Time
Shifts run within set start windows and are approximately 8 hours, offering a balance of consistency and flexibility to help you plan your day with ease.

Start Windows
Tuesday to Saturday: 11:00AM – 1:30PM start window (8H)
Sunday to Thursday: 11:00AM – 1:30PM start window (8H)

Evening Coverage Requirement
Availability is required for shifts finishing as late as 10:00PM, scheduled in line with operational needs What will your day look like?

Supporting customers via phone with banking enquiries
Deliver clear, empathetic, and efficient service
