Do you have the gift of the gab, a big heart, and a passion for making the world a better place? We’re looking for outgoing, driven, and fun-loving tele-fundraisers to join our Glebe team and help raise money for a range of incredible charities!

Whether you’re a seasoned fundraiser or looking for your first opportunity in tele-fundraising, this is your chance to earn great pay, develop valuable sales and negotiation skills, and make a real impact.

Your role:

  • Make outbound calls to past, present, and future supporters.
  • Share inspiring stories about the work of our charity partners.
  • Build rapport, engage donors, and motivate them to take action.
  • Work as part of a team that thrives on energy, results, and support.

We want fundraisers who:

  • Are confident, chatty communicators who love a good conversation.
  • Are motivated, resilient, and goal-driven.
  • Don’t take rejection personally and keep a positive attitude.
  • Are available at least 20 hours per week (flexible scheduling available).
  • Have experience in customer service, sales, or fundraising—but if not, we’ll train you!
