Our cafes are a Melbourne staple when it comes to French quality products with a 30year+ history around our beautiful cakes, scrumptious pastries and mouthwatering sandwiches and croquets.

Our company is growing and with it comes a new and exciting opportunity for experienced cafe all-rounders to join our French cafe in the heart of Camberwell.

Responsibilities

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Cafe all-rounders to join our team in our busy Camberwell Cafe.

We have a super friendly cafe team, focused on providing an exceptional experience to our customers on each and every visit.

As a Cafe all-rounder, you will thrive in a fast-paced hands-on role supported by a passionate Store Manager and high performing team who are excited to sell our luxury brand. By providing support around the multiple stations in our café, you will support the team effort to achieve high standards in customer service, product quality and luxury café experience.

The role will involve working the register, preparing food at our processing station, creating amazing coffees (we provide Barista training), serving customers on the floor, and working as a team to maintain hygiene, cleanliness and French luxury standards.

We have two full time roles available. Your roster will be flexible and may include rotation across shifts. Work on weekends and some public holidays is also required.

What you will bring

• Deliver and maintain the highest standard of customer service to our valued customers
• Exposure to a busy cafe environment
• Barista training preferred
• Weekend and public holiday work will be required
• Previous experience in hospitality or food & beverage industry is needed

Pay: $15.00 – $25.00 per hour
