About the Role

Are you energetic, reliable, and love working outdoors? We are looking for motivated Casual Car Wash Attendants to join our friendly, fast-paced local team.

Whether you’re a university student looking for flexible weekend hours, or a local resident wanting a physically active job close to home, this role offers a great work environment with no late nights!

On-the-job training is fully provided—no prior car wash experience required. We hire for attitude, energy, and a great work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Greet customers with a friendly smile, assisting them with wash selections and use of equipment, and ensuring a premium experience.
  • Site Presentation: Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe site (hosing down bays, emptying bins, keeping equipment organised).
  • Equipment Monitoring: Ensure wash bays and vacuums are running smoothly, chemicals are topped up, conduct minor maintenance tasks and report any major issues to management.

What We Are Looking For

  • Reliability: You show up on time, full of energy, and ready to work.
  • Physical Fitness: This is a fast-paced, active outdoor role. You’ll be on your feet, moving around, and staying active all shift.
  • Hands On: You will be required to handle chemicals, conduct some minor maintenance of equipment, whilst always keeping the site in clean order.
  • Great Communication: Comfortable chatting with locals and providing excellent, polite customer service.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work weekends and/or morning shifts is highly regarded.
  • Valid Australian working rights required.
