Full job description

Concept Construction ACT is looking for a motivated and reliable carpenter to join the team. We specialise in residential construction, renovations, outdoor living, cladding and custom projects across Canberra and surrounding areas.

We’re after someone who takes pride in their work, shows up with a strong work ethic, and is willing to learn and grow within the company. The right person will have the opportunity to move into a full-time position.

About the Role

  • General carpentry and construction works
  • Assisting with renovations, decks, pergolas, cladding and structural framing
  • Working alongside a small, hardworking team
  • Opportunity to develop skills across multiple areas of construction
  • Ongoing work for the right candidate

What We’re Looking For

  • Reliable and punctual
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • White Card and basic tools preferred
  • Carpentry experience or apprenticeship advantageous but not essential
