The Role

Crown Sydney is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team, with one full-time and one part-time Cage Cashier opportunity available. As a Cage Cashier, you will play a vital role in our operations, delivering exceptional guest service while accurately and efficiently managing financial transactions in a fast-paced environment.


Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  • Previous experience in a face-to-face customer service environment
  • Demonstrated experience within a demanding environment.
  • Providing outstanding guest service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest interaction.
  • Effective communication and computer skills
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to uphold the highest standards of service and efficiency.
    • Able to obtain and maintain a Casino Special Employee Licence

About You

  • Must be available to work a 24/7 rotating roster.
  • Demonstrated experience working in hospitality.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Resilient to change.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
    • Capability to follow instructions and adapt to competing demands.
