Lasseters Casino is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Gaming Workers (Dealers) to join our Table Games team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional guest service while conducting casino games such as roulette and card-based games, or you work in the electronic gaming area, ensuring accuracy, fairness, and compliance at all times.

About the Role

• Operate (table) games professionally and accurately

• Announce outcomes, manage bets, and calculate payouts

• Maintain visibility and clarity of all gaming transactions

• Provide exceptional customer service at all times

• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, procedures, and internal controls

• Work collaboratively with Gaming Supervisors, Inspectors and Surveillance

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• High attention to detail and numerical accuracy

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Professional presentation and reliability

• Good numeracy, communication and customer service capability

• Gaming experience is an advantage but not required (training provided)

• AQF Certificate II or III in Hospitality, Gaming or related field OR

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or gaming OR

• At least 3 years of experience may substitute for formal qualifications

• Ability to obtain a Casino Operatives Licence
