Casual Cafe Junior jobs

Our busy bubble tea and dessert shop in Eight Mile Plains is looking for junior team members to join our team. Students welcome!

This is a hands-on role — you'll be making our drinks and desserts, serving customers, and helping keep the shop running smoothly. It's a real skill you'll learn, not just serving.

The role suits you if you:

• Enjoy working with people and love good customer service
• Are dependable and show up on time — we build our roster around people we can count on
• Stay calm and quick when it gets busy, and can juggle a few things at once
• Like working as part of a close team

No experience needed — we'll train you. A great attitude matters more than anything.

You'll need to be available for at least 2 shifts per week.

Shortlisted applicants are invited to a paid trial shift, so we can meet you and you can see if it's a good fit too.
