Cho Cho San is a Japanese restaurant in Potts Point. For the past ten years, we have consistently been awarded One Australian Good Food Guide Hat and pride ourselves as being one of the venues that has set the standard for casual fine dining in Sydney. Fostering a collaborative culture within our team is one of the ways that we’ve been able to consistently deliver relaxed, professional service in a fast-paced setting.

We are a team of hospitality professionals and want to meet enthusiastic, likeminded people to join us. We are looking for someone who brings a positive energy, and who can be a dedicated member of our kitchen team!

The Role

Reporting to our Head Chef you’ll be an integral part of ensuring Cho Cho San's reputation is upheld. As an established operator, Cho Cho San is renowned for delivering exceptional Japanese cuisine in Potts Point for over a decade and we are constantly evolving and innovating!

About You

  • Is passionate about cooking, good food, quality ingredients and the guest experience
  • Possesses a high level of attention to detail
  • Has a minimum of 2 years experience as a cook/chef in a volume kitchen
  • Ideally experienced with Asian or Japanese cuisine
  • Is organised, responsible and hungry to learn
