About the Role
We are looking for casual Commis Chefs to join the team. You'll be a key player in the daily operations across the kitchen outlets. You’ll help deliver high-quality food across the restaurant, IRD and Breakfast for the hotel while maintaining standards, food safety and a great guest experience.

What You’ll Bring

• 1+ years of experience as a chef working in hotels, restaurants or bistros.
• Experience working on different sections of the kitchen is ideal, but we can train you.
• Passion for cooking good food and working breakfast or dinner shifts.
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and WH&S practices.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and follow kitchen procedures.
• Passion for food preparation and willingness to learn across all kitchen areas.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills with a professional attitude.
