Pack & Dispatch Assistant

We are seeking a reliable, organised and detail-oriented Pack & Dispatch Assistant to join our team.

This hands-on role involves preparing skincare products and product kits for sale, ensuring all items are assembled, packaged, presented and stored to a high standard.

The ideal candidate is practical, efficient, enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in accuracy and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing skincare products for sale, including placing products into cartons, adding required inserts or additional items and securely sealing products for storage.
• Assembling Kits by selecting and packaging specified products and components according to established processes.
• Creating Sample Packs ready for sale, ensuring all required products and packaging components are included.
• Preparing Kits by assembling specified products into gift boxes according to established procedures.
• Restocking shelves with sale-ready products and ensuring stock is stored neatly and appropriately.
• Checking product quantities and ensuring kits and packs are assembled accurately.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised packing and storage area.
• Following instructions and established processes carefully, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Assisting with general packing, stock organisation and dispatch duties.
• Performing other reasonable duties as directed.
• Picking and packing online customer orders accurately.
• Preparing parcels for dispatch, including packaging, labelling and shipping documentation.
• Organising outgoing orders and courier collections.
• Ensuring orders are processed and dispatched within required timeframes.
• Checking orders for accuracy and presentation before dispatch.
• Assisting with returns and exchanges where required.

About You

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Able to follow instructions and repeat processes accurately.
• Efficient and comfortable with hands-on, repetitive tasks.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Takes pride in maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
• Previous experience in packing, product assembly, retail stock handling or dispatch is advantageous but not essential.

The Position

This is a practical, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with products, assembling kits and ensuring everything is prepared to a high standard.

Training and guidance will be provided on all product preparation and packaging processes.
