Full job description

Casual $33 – $35 per hour fully loaded + shared tips

Soi Fire is Australia's first Thai grill house. We are hiring Runners for peak service — the role that keeps the floor moving.

The role. Food runs from pass, table reset, water top-ups, clearing plates, restocking cutlery and napkins. Frees the Supervisor and GM to focus on guest interaction. On peak nights, this role is what stops the floor breaking under 85+ covers.

What you bring. Speed, reliability, and a genuine feel for the room. RSA current. Physical stamina — this is a moving role for the full shift.

Must have full working rights in Australia. No sponsorship available.

Trading pattern. Fri (5pm – 11pm), Sat (5pm – 11:30pm), Sun (4pm – 9pm). Three shifts a week, casual loading, weekend penalties built in.

What you receive. Fully loaded hourly rate above. Shared tip pool participation. Meals on shift. A first-step role into a premium hospitality career with progression pathway into Bar Support or Floor Supervisor over time.
