CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF WANTED – MELBOURNE EVENTS

We’re looking for friendly, reliable Customer Service & Front of House Staff to join our event crew at large exhibitions and events held at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Ticket scanning & entry assistance
  • Registration desk & attendee check-in
  • Greeting and assisting visitors
  • Crowd control & queue management
  • Providing directions and general event information
  • Supporting the event team with general Front of House duties

About you:

  • Friendly, professional and confident dealing with the public
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Comfortable working in busy, fast-paced environments
  • Previous events, hospitality, customer service or registration experience is highly regarded
