Hotel Receptionist – Potts Point (Sydney)

Hotel Emerald Potts Point is looking for a friendly and reliable Receptionist to join our team.

Duties

  • Guest check-in/check-out
  • Answer calls and emails
  • Manage bookings and basic admin
  • Provide guest assistance

Requirements

  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience (essential)
  • Good English communication skills
  • Well-presented and reliable
  • Familiar with PMS System (SiteMinder & Litter Hotelier would be preferred)
