THURSDAY TO SUNDAY Casual Wait Staff / Front of House / Bar – Sandfire Restaurant

Sandfire is looking for reliable, friendly and hardworking Front of House team members to join our team.

We’re a busy coastal restaurant with a strong focus on great food, good service and a welcoming experience for our guests. We’re looking for people who take pride in providing great service and are confident working across both restaurant floor and bar service.

About you:

You are approachable, reliable and professional, with a genuine interest in hospitality. You work well with others, stay calm when things get busy and understand the importance of providing consistent service to every guest.

You’ll be comfortable moving between the floor and bar as required, taking orders, serving guests, making drinks and helping the team wherever needed.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in hospitality, waiting tables or customer service
  • Previous bar experience and confidence making cocktails and other drinks
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Ability to work confidently across both Front of House and bar
  • Ability to work in a busy restaurant environment and remain composed under pressure
  • Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
  • Professional presentation and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Reliable and committed to your rostered shifts

The role:

  • Casual Front of House / Bar position at Sandfire
  • MUST be available to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
  • Regular availability across all four days is essential
  • You will be required to work across both the restaurant floor and bar
  • This role is not suitable for school students who are unable to commit to Thursday–Sunday availability
  • Shifts will include a mix of daytime and evening work depending on operational requirements
