Waiter/Waitress – Tío Tapas & Bar Mordialloc
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, creating memorable dining experiences, and working in a fun, energetic team? Tío Tapas & Bar, a funky Spanish restaurant and bar on Main Street in Mordialloc, is looking for experienced and enthusiastic Waitstaff to join our vibrant team!
About Us
Tío Tapas & Bar is the sister venue to Tío Tapas Y Vino, bringing the same passion for authentic Spanish flavors, vibrant tapas, and expertly crafted cocktails to Mordialloc. Inspired by the lively bars of Spain, this new spot offers a contemporary and social dining experience—perfect for sharing plates, sipping fine wines, and soaking up the warm, welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're dropping in for a quick bite, settling in for a long feast, or enjoying a drink at the bar, Tío Tapas & Bar is your new go-to for Spanish indulgence on the coast.
About the Role
As a Waiter/Waitress at Tío Tapas & Bar, you will:
✅ Provide warm, friendly, and professional service to all guests.
✅ Take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure an outstanding dining experience.
✅ Have a solid understanding of our menu, offering recommendations with confidence.
✅ Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
✅ Collaborate with the team to create a lively and welcoming atmosphere.
What We’re Looking For
⭐ Experience in a similar hospitality role.
⭐ A passion for food, wine, and exceptional customer service.
⭐ Strong communication and multitasking skills.
⭐ A positive, energetic attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
⭐ A valid RSA certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
