The Opportunity

We’re currently looking for our first 2 Disability Support Workers to join us in the early stages. This role is ideal for someone who wants more than “just shifts”. As Cadence grows, there will be clear pathways into senior support, team leader, and future management roles for workers who show commitment, reliability, and leadership.

We want people who are in it for the long game.

Your Role

You’ll be supporting NDIS participants with day-to-day activities, community access, and building independence, including:

• Community participation and social support
• Personal care (where required)
• Transport to appointments and activities
• Implementing individual support plans
• Maintaining clear and professional shift notes

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is reliable, grounded, and genuinely cares about the people they support
• Is comfortable with flexible and evolving hours in the early stages
• Wants to build something long-term, not just chase short-term shifts
• Communicates well and takes initiative
• Is open to leadership opportunities as the business grows

Essential Requirements

• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working With Children Check
• National Police Check
• First Aid & CPR
• Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
• Ability to work independently and as part of a growing team
• Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability), Certificate IV in Disability, or a related qualification (highly desirable, but not essential)
