THE ROLE

As a Customer Enthusiast, you are the heartbeat of TokyoTaco. You're the first person our guests encounter — and the last impression they leave with. This is a casual FOH role built for someone who loves people, thrives in energy, and takes genuine pride in delivering an incredible guest experience.

Day to day, you will:

• Greet and welcome every guest with genuine warmth — make them feel like they belong here
• Guide guests through our menu and share your enthusiasm for our unique Japanese-Mexican flavour fusions
• Take orders accurately and efficiently — at the counter and via our systems
• Keep the floor clean, stocked and buzzing with great energy
• Work as part of a close-knit crew that has each other's backs
• Learn every aspect of the FOH operation — we cross-train and grow our people

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Experience is helpful — but not everything. We hire for attitude and train for skill.

• A genuine love for people and a natural ability to connect
• Infectious positive energy — the kind that lifts the whole team
• The ability to stay cool, focused and friendly when it's busy
• A real interest in food and the story behind what we serve
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, not a requirement
• Availability across weekdays, weekends and some evenings (flexibility is key)
