The Role

We’re currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join the Crown Casual Staffing (CCS) team to work casually across all our hospitality venues including bars, restaurants, events and more!

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll be a gracious and vibrant host, creating joyful moments through genuine care and connection. Guided by Crown’s 4Cs of Service Excellence: Be Courteous, Connect, Create and Care.

In this role, you’ll provide joyful, elevated experiences through your genuine care for guests as well as:

  • Support the team in the day-to-day operations of venues - delivery of food and drinks, maintaining service areas and opening and closing duties

  • Deliver exceptional customer service results with guest experience and satisfaction at the forefront.

  • Adhere to RSA legislation and ensure OH&S policies and guidelines are followed

You’ll bring the following:

  • Ability and availability to work 2-3 shifts a week including late nights, weekends, and public holidays - build your own roster

  • Minimum 1 year previous experience in a fast paced, high-volume restaurant or bar is preferred

  • Ability to work well in a team environment with strong communication skills to liaise with guests of all levels

  • Valid Victorian RSA

  • Be available to pick up shifts across Christmas and/or New Years
