Weekend Afternoon Concierge – Potts Point, NSW

Employment Type: Casual – Fixed Weekend Shifts Hours: Every Saturday and Sunday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (16 hours per week)

About the Role

Excel Building Management is seeking a professional, reliable and customer-focused Weekend Concierge to join our team at a premium residential building in Potts Point.

The successful candidate will provide exceptional concierge services to residents and guests, ensuring a welcoming, safe and well-managed residential environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome residents, visitors and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Respond to resident enquiries and provide assistance with requests.
  • Monitor building access and follow security procedures.
  • Manage parcels, deliveries and visitor registrations.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with contractors.
  • Monitor common areas and report maintenance or safety issues.
  • Maintain accurate concierge logs, incident reports and shift handovers.
  • Ensure the concierge desk and lobby are clean and professionally presented.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous concierge or customer service experience preferred.
  • Residential building experience will be highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Professional presentation and a friendly, approachable manner.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
  • Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
  • Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
