Casual Whitfords jobs in Perth WA

Made for Moments? So are we.

At dusk, we’re here for all of life’s moments. The big, bold, heart-thumping ones. The quiet, cosy, just-passing-through ones. The ones you planned for months.
And the ones that just… happened.

We believe fragrance is more than something you light - it’s something you feel. With 140+ stores across Australia and New Zealand, we help people find warmth, comfort, and connection through beautifully crafted experiences.

We’re looking for Casual Customer Assistants who love connecting with people, creating moments that matter, and finding meaning in the little things.

If that sounds like you, you’re going to love it here

Role Overview

As a Customer Assistant, your role is to help create thoughtful and joyful experiences in-store. The kind that stay with people long after they’ve walked out the door. You’ll bring energy, warmth, and integrity to everything you do; whether it’s delivering exceptional service, supporting your teammates, or helping your store shine.

This is a hands-on, people-first role where no two days are the same - and we love that.

What You’ll Do

• Create meaningful customer moments with personalised service and genuine care
• Support store performance by working together and following through on what matters
• Merchandise with intention - keeping the space inspiring, beautiful, and brand-aligned
• Be a go-to expert on our range, using your product knowledge to help customers find the right scent, gift, or moment
• Keep things moving, support your teammates, and help create a workplace that’s as fun as it is focused

About You

• You care about people, and it shows; in your service, your attitude, and your follow-through
• You bring warmth, curiosity, and a can-do mindset to every shift
• You’re reliable, collaborative, and proud to be someone your team can count on
• You’re always learning and love growing alongside your team
• You know that great culture doesn’t just happen... you help create it

What You’ll Love

• A generous team member discount across our full range of fragrance, décor and gifting
• Monthly store bonus program and performance-based incentives
• Recognition that feels real - with shoutouts, milestones, and meaningful celebration
• Access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for you and your immediate family
• Support to grow with leadership development, coaching and progression opportunities
• A team and culture where people matter, and every day brings something a little special
