Kitchen Hand – Full Time / Part Time

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our busy restaurant team in Melbourne CBD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist chefs with basic food preparation.
• Wash dishes, kitchen equipment, and utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, storage rooms, and workstations.
• Receive and store deliveries correctly.
• Remove rubbish and ensure waste is managed properly.
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
• Assist with cleaning duties at the end of service.

Requirements:

• Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not essential.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
