Z Protection Services is recruiting experienced and professional crowd controllers for ongoing work at a busy licensed venue in Melbourne CBD.

We are looking for confident, reliable individuals with strong crowd management skills, excellent presentation and proven experience working in licensed environments.

Position Details

• Location: Melbourne CBD
• Employment: Casual
• Pay: Level 3 Casual Award Rates, including applicable penalty rates
• Shifts: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights
• Availability: Must be available to work all three nights, including late finishes.
• Work: Regular ongoing weekend shifts

Essential Requirements

• Current Victorian Security Licence with Crowd Controller endorsement
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
• Previous experience in nightclubs, bars or licensed venues
• Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
• Ability to manage challenging situations professionally and confidently
• Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
• Professional presentation, punctuality and reliability
• Ability to work effectively within a team and follow venue procedures
