Change Lead

  • Kenmore head office based, flexible working arrangements
  • 12+ month contract, full time
  • Generous salary + 5 weeks leave

As a Change Lead, you will shape, guide, and facilitate organisational change across a business that is undergoing significant transformation. This role blends technical change management expertise with strategic influence, ensuring projects, innovations and business initiatives land successfully and deliver real, measurable impact.

What You Will Do

  • Drive the people-readiness side of change initiatives across enterprise projects, aligning with our organisational processes, enterprise architecture, and approved frameworks.
  • Work closely within a project management team to lead change management advice.
  • Be a conduit to understand business needs, map processes, and complete impact assessments that will prepare the organisation for transition.
  • Identify resistance, adoption risks, and project gaps to develop mitigation strategies that support project managers and leaders through delivery.
  • Implement business readiness and post‑go‑live support activities to ensure a smooth and confident transition for users.
  • Work collaboratively to align change activities with organisational strategy, legislative requirements, service quality, and continuous improvement.

What Sets This Role Apart

This is not a traditional change role. You will play a major part in shaping how the organisation adapts throughout a multi‑year transformation journey. You will take the lead on:

  • Influencing at all levels and ensuring clarity, alignment, and momentum through complexity.
  • Guiding the organisation through significant transformation, promoting readiness, resilience, and a culture of improvement.
  • Driving practical, structured change practices, embedding frameworks that support sustainable transformation and measurable business outcomes.
  • Establishing yourself as a trusted advisor, helping project leaders navigate competing priorities, shifting landscapes, and technology‑driven change.

What You Will Bring

  • Extensive experience in contributing to the people readiness side of projects, starting with co-developing stakeholder impact analyses then moving through communication and training action planning and delivery.
  • Ideally Degree qualified plus certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI, Agile Change Management, ACMP).
  • Experience delivering change initiatives in dynamic environments.
  • Experience in process mapping, workflow analysis, business process reengineering, and change impact analysis.
  • Strong skills in engaging and influencing stakeholders and group facilitation.
  • Proficiency in change and project tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, Confluence).
  • A resilient and analytical mindset, able to make decisions during uncertainty while keeping people at the centre of change.
