Fast track your career in Audit with the opportunity to land a Graduate role

At Deloitte, our 4 week Vacation Program in our Audit team is designed to help you build skills, confidence and clarity while working on real world audits. Provide audit, advisory, financial reporting, and accounting services to public, private, and not-for-profit clients.
Apply design-thinking approaches to audit projects
Perform substantive audit testing using data analytics to develop and present annual audit plans and reports.

You won’t be expected to know everything from day one. You’ll be supported through structured learning, feedback and collaboration.

About the team

You’ll be joining the Audit team, a large group of specialized Accounting professionals who value learning, collaboration and diverse thinking. The team supports early-career development through coaching, buddy support and hands-on experience.

The Audit team empower clients with a deep understanding of their financial position. They don’t just understand clients’ businesses; they explore major opportunities and identify risks beyond traditional financial reporting functions.

Financial Services (FS): banking, wealth management, superannuation, and insurance. These teams are based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Canberra.

Large & Complex (L&C): ASX-listed clients from various industries, including retail, energy, telecommunications, construction, mining and resources, technology, and healthcare. These teams are based in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
